Cool Groove, one of the leading jazz and contemporary music organizations in Taiwan, was established in the summer of 2002, dedicated to promoting music, educating people who wish to participate in this field, and also providing a professional, state-of-the-art facilities equipped environment for people who love music in Taiwan.

Located in the busiest East District in Taipei City, Cool Groove provides a space exclusively for musicians and music-lovers to carry out their passions toward music, inspire each others’ musical thoughts, and stimulate musical creativities. Innovation and adherence to music brings Cool Groove a huge crowd who expect to throw themselves into this field. Due to there are only schools for classical music in Taiwan, and with the possession to jazz, however, one is often not considered a “musician” because of the background of not being educated or classically trained in a musical school. This is why Mr. Tsai, the owner of Cool Groove, formed an idea of founding an educational organization for those who have the passion for music.

Other than music education, we also work as a publisher. We also develop our own system of publishing including DVD and books. Some of them are recorded by professional performers graduated from Berklee College of Music, and renowned musicians from world wide. Through the systematic methods of teaching, the response is enormous with satisfaction and in that, with no doubt, it encourages us to move forward and to insist on what we do to offer people accesses to learn music.
